Cipher & Curve ("we", "us") is a digital growth and engineering delivery firm based in Irvine, California. This privacy policy applies to cipherandcurve.com and every consultation request, diagnostic form and contact route on it. It explains, in plain terms, what we collect, how we use it, where it is stored and how it is protected.

1. What we collect

We collect the minimum, and only when you contact us or submit a request:

  • What you submit yourself: your name, work email, phone, company, existing website, and whatever you write in the form about your situation.
  • Automated technical log: to keep the site stable and understand basic traffic, we collect standard anonymous metrics — pages viewed, time of visit, approximate region (city level), referrer, device and browser. We do not deploy third-party advertising or cross-site tracking scripts.
  • What we do not collect: this site collects no card or payment details, no government ID numbers, and no special-category data such as race, religion, health or biometrics.

2. How we use it

We use what we collect only to:

  • answer your request for a 30-minute call or a diagnostic, and check your rankings and profile baseline before we speak;
  • deliver the written diagnostic, the scoped options and any resulting service agreement;
  • send you the industry search briefing you asked for, and engineering updates — one click unsubscribes;
  • Never sold or shared: we do not sell, rent, transfer or trade your contact details to any marketing company, and this site carries no third-party advertising.

3. Third-party services and security

To keep this site available and your data in transit safe, we use only mainstream, audited infrastructure:

  • Hosting and CDN: top-tier cloud infrastructure with end-to-end SSL/TLS and DDoS protection;
  • Encrypted form relay: form data travels over an encrypted link straight to a protected Cipher & Curve mailbox, with a timestamped audit trail;
  • Analytics: None currently active. No third-party behavioral analytics or advertising services are deployed on this site.

4. California privacy notice (CCPA / CPRA)

Under the CCPA and CPRA, California residents have the following rights:

  • No data ever sold: in the past 12 months Cipher & Curve has not sold or shared any personal data with any third party, for money or anything else;
  • Right to know and access: you have the right to know what business contact data we hold about you;
  • Correction and deletion: you can ask us to update or permanently delete everything you have left with us, at any time;
  • No retaliation: exercising these rights will never change how we treat you or the quality of what we deliver.

5. Cookies and local storage

This site uses local storage only for basic interaction — a theme setting, stopping a form being submitted twice — plus anonymised analytics cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the services, pricing and case study pages will still work.
